Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, password, the state you bet in, and an optional mobile number for text alerts), your plan and settings (unit size, notification preferences), and standard usage data (pages viewed, device and browser info, IP address). Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive subscription status and the last four digits of your card, never the full number.

2. How we use it

To deliver the Service: sending pick drops by email (and text, if you opt in), running your members area, processing billing, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the product. We use your state selection to understand where members bet; it does not unlock or restrict content.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your betting interests with sportsbooks or advertisers as an identified individual. We never ask for your sportsbook credentials — and you should never give them to anyone.

4. Service providers

We use a small set of processors to run Simon: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and a transactional email provider for drops and receipts. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

5. Email and texts

Pick drops, receipts and account emails are part of the Service. Text alerts are optional and off unless you enable them; reply STOP to any text to opt out. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. Email picks@simondoes.ai to request deletion of your account and associated personal data; we will honor it within 30 days except where the law requires retention.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Email picks@simondoes.ai and we will handle it.

8. Age

The Service is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will notify you by email or in the members area before the change takes effect.
