Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using Simon at simondoes.ai (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Simon is (and is not)
Simon is a sports analytics and information service. We publish model-generated picks, lines and analysis for entertainment and informational purposes. Simon is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place or broker wagers, we do not hold customer funds, and we never connect to your sportsbook account. Any bet you place is your own decision, made with a licensed operator of your choosing, at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal sports betting age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. Sports betting is not legal everywhere; you are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are held by ineligible users.
4. No guarantees; risk disclosure
No pick is guaranteed. Records, hit rates, charts, example slips and payout math describe past performance or arithmetic at stated odds; they are not promises of future results. Sports betting involves a risk of loss, and you can lose everything you wager. Nothing on the Service is financial advice. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Standard and Premium plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. The Season Pass is billed once per year and renews yearly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or the billing portal; you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
6. Your account
Keep your login credentials private. Subscriptions are for one person; sharing, reselling or republishing picks (including in Discords, group chats or social media) is a breach of these Terms and grounds for termination without refund.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including picks, analysis, models, copy and design, belongs to Simon. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while subscribed. Team and player names are used for identification only; Simon is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the National Football League, any team, X Corp., or any sportsbook.
8. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, automate access to, resell or interfere with the Service, and do not use it where doing so is unlawful.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simon is not liable for gambling losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the members area, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
